At TapMate, we exclusively partner with Australia Post for all order shipments. To ensure reliable delivery, all orders are dispatched with tracking numbers, which are automatically emailed to you. Please note that delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

Standard Shipping:

Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, we recommend contacting Australia Post and providing them with your tracking number.

Please Note: The shipping time for custom-made designs varies based on factors such as design complexity, order quantity, and shipping destination. Typically, production and processing of custom cards take approximately 3-5 business days.
